DESCRIPTION:After getting to know each other (need your BINGO sheet)\, a formal lecture on RCR will be provided and cases discussed in Zoom breakout rooms with faculty and near peer mentors. An interactive activity on lab notebook management and lab etiquette will be included. The session will close with training in lab calculations with practice problems to be solved in small groups.

DESCRIPTION:The history of lead contamination in the US will be covered including the current drinking water crisis. Sampling of drinking water will be reviewed. Community partners from Isles will discuss remediation of homes in Trenton\, NJ for lead exposures. Lead sampling will be simulated with kits sent to participants’ homes.
